It's funny how things start out so well and then just go downhill :(

Anyway, just a small dedication piece to one of the animes that inspired me to draw more. I think it took a lot longer then it should have and there are a lot of places where I didn't do too well but I still like how it came out.

The two figures are excellent. As to the background... well... at least the figures are excellent. ;p

I don't know the anime, so I can't really tell what the scene is meant to be (some sort of Aurora Corealis effect, right?); the light blue at the bottom goes well with the pink hair, the upper shades don't work as well against the purple hair.

Overall it turned out pretty well; against another background it would have been excellent.
